Oh Snap brought a headshot station to their offices in Jersey City, New York City and Boston, capturing more than 600 photos over three consecutive days.
Professional lighting, a curved reflector, a floor positioning mat and personal guidance helped employees step into place and receive updated profile photos. For this event, QR preregistration and facial matching connected participants with their images automatically, without repeated contact entry at the station.
The result was a coordinated headshot experience across three offices, with digital photos employees could use for LinkedIn and company profiles.
